Quiet street location away from traffic, very close to all shopping, very friendly and helpful staff and owners, operated very well, good food in the restaurant, breakfast included in price was good value for money, aroma therapy massage services are really worth recommending, and of course Tuk-Tuk at doorstep for Angkor Wat temple visits. Staff recommended places to visit which we did not know e.g. Silk Farm etc which was great. All in all a family friendly hotel - We stayed there for a whole week with family - under two years to seniors; all enjoyed it!
Missed a swimming pool, though we had one in the neighbouring hotel but was not convenient.

Bed cover & sheet was clean, white, & smell fresh. I also recommended the quest to try all massage packet. It's cheap & good skill massage therapist then I ordered almost every night during my 4 night stay.

This hotel was recomended by experienced 'flashpackers' as the best they'd stayed in by far. It lived up to this recommendation. Staff were helpful and organised guides, taxi and bus tickets. Food was good with lots of choice of styles. Tea, coffee and hairdryer in rooms was very welcome for this part of the world. Aircon was quiet and efficient at night. Room was very spacious with two double beds.
One of us found the bed too hard, a common complain for se Asia. The other had no problem. They are softer than some! Aircon in public areas was not very effective or not used. Seating arrangements in main reception (there is no resident's lounge) could have been more imaginative. Wallpaper in this area gave an old-fashioned feel to a very modern hotel.

Very clean room and bathroom! Friendly staff, delicious American breakfast and Khmer porridge! Great location 5 mins walk to center market, 10mins walk to pub street. Quiet at night, good for light-sleepers.
Might need to bring a small torch light if planning to go back hotel late at night.(1 part of the main road is dark but is not alley so not much to worry).
